Color and sound are amazing tools that we are surrounded by every day,
and yet we very rarely think about their effects on our daily lifes.
The cells of our bodies communicate with eachother, through frequencies of
light and that is exactly what color is. Frequencies of light.
Color is made up of frequencies of light. when frequencies of light, or color are applied to the skin, it triggers harmonizing
effects and healing impulses to our energy bodies as well as to our physical bodies.
Dr. Fritz-Albert Popp was the father of "Biophoton Theory".
He discovered that normal living cells emit a regular stream of photons,
or quanta of light radiation. This means that cells pass on biological
information through photons, using the language of light.
And... "LIGHT" is the combination of the colors of the rainbow.
For thousands of years man has been fascinated with color and has attributed to different colors, different qualities and a
specific relationship to our health and well being. All the colors are found in nature, in a rainbow, and also in the chakras
of the human body. These chakras or energy systems seem to help metabolize and direct cosmic energy to the major nerve plexus
systems and filtering systems in our bodies.

Blue - 500 nanometers - Represents the melancholic temperment and the color of peace. Has a positive effect on most painful
conditions. Stimulates the pineal, profoundly calms and relaxes. Brings tranquility to the body and mind.
Has a cleansing and antiseptic quality, prevents infection in wounds and helps relieves headaches, migraines, fevers,
skin irritations and itching, stomach and muscle cramps.
Turquoise - 500 nanometers - Represents the deeper limbic body and the subconscious, harmonizes and treats trauma and burns.
Green - 550 nanometers- Represents the phlegmatic temperment for calming, harmonizing and elimination.
Increases feelings of security and self-confidence. Treats bronchitis, whooping cough, inflammation of the joints, cysts,

Orange - 600 nanometers - Represents cheerfulness, gaiety, kind and warm heartedness. It symbolizes the rising sun
affecting both our minds and bodies, making us more alert and stimulates warmth, sensuousness, happiness and joy.

the liver and can build platelets.
